All of our Albacore products are produced from ultra-premium, sashimi-grade, troll-caught albacore. These fish are harvested in the coastal waters of Northern California and Oregon by local U.S. fishermen. The fish is canned in one of two local micro-canneries in Oregon and Washington. Our Albacore and Salmon are packed raw and, therefore, cooked only once. The liquid in the container is the natural juice and fats from the fish itself and may be used in your recipes, not drained. There is no other liquid added. The only additive is sea salt.
We are pleased to disclose the EPA/DHA Omega 3 content for our products:
All Albacore products contain 1.77g per 2 oz. serving which is 177% of recommended daily value by the American Heart Association.
All Salmon products contain .95g per 2 oz. serving which is 95% of recommended daily value by the American Heart Association.
